Refund Policy

We want you to feel confident in your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may request a refund or return under the following conditions:

 

Eligibility

• Returns must be requested within 14 calendar days of delivery.
• Only unused items in original packaging are eligible.
• Customized or made-to-order products are not refundable unless defective.

 

Return Process

• To initiate a return, please email our customer service team at sales@identmachines.com, including your order details and reason for the return.
• Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions. Items must be shipped within 7 days of approval.

 

Shipping Costs

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
• We recommend using a tracked service, as we are not liable for lost or undelivered returns.

 

Restocking Fee

• A 15% restocking charge applies to all eligible returns.
• This fee covers inspection, repackaging, and administrative processing and will be deducted from the refund amount.

Refunds

• Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after inspection.
• We will request your preferred payment details once your return is approved.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the item was defective or sent in error.
